Shri Sattva is the customer-facing brand of Shri Satvik Golden Grains & Oil, Vill- Sangrampur, Post- Gondey, DistrictPratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh – 230403, India.
Shri Sattva offers packaged food products including cold-pressed edible oils, flour and other food products introduced from time to time.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, quantities, specifications, availability, prices and other information are accurate and current.
Product photographs are representative and actual packaging, colour, design or presentation may vary.
Mandatory food information and claims displayed online should be consistent with the applicable physical product label and legal requirements.
Where applicable, ingredients, allergens, nutritional information, net quantity, batch/lot details, date marking, storage instructions, FSSAI information and other mandatory declarations shall be read from the product packaging.
3. Eligibility
You may use the website and place an order only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding transaction under applicable Indian law.

Where account registration is available, you are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login credentials and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorised activity.

The applicable commercial terms for an order will be those displayed at the relevant stage of purchase, including on the product page, offer page, cart or checkout.
Promotional offers may have additional eligibility conditions, validity periods, exclusions or usage limits.
6. Payment
Payments may be processed through authorised payment gateways and service providers, including UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, depending on availability at checkout. Cash on Delivery is currently not offered unless expressly made available for a particular order or location.
7. Pricing or Technical Errors

8. Placing and Accepting an Order

We may decline, cancel or restrict an order for product unavailability, payment failure or reversal, material pricing/technical errors, inability to deliver, suspected fraud or misuse, promotional abuse, unusually large or commercially abnormal orders requiring verification, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
9. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation may not always be possible. Where cancellation is permitted, refunds will be handled under the applicable Refund & Return Policy and payment-provider procedures.
10. Damaged, Leaking, Expired or Incorrect Products
If a product is delivered damaged, leaking, expired, materially incorrect, missing or reasonably suspected to be unfit for consumption, contact info@shrisatvikoils.com as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with order details and clear photographs. The 48-hour reporting period is intended to facilitate prompt investigation and logistics claims and is not intended to waive or extinguish any statutory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Returns and Food-Safety Considerations
Because our products are packaged food products, returns are handled with food safety, hygiene, product integrity and traceability in mind. Opened or used food products will generally not be accepted merely because a customer changes their mind, dislikes the product or ordered the wrong variant, subject to applicable consumer law. Damaged, leaking, materially incorrect, expired or demonstrably unfit products may qualify for replacement or refund after reasonable verification.
12. Shipping
Orders are ordinarily intended to be processed and dispatched within the operational timeframe communicated by Shri Sattva, subject to successful payment, stock availability, verification and operational conditions. Applicable shipping charges, free-shipping eligibility, minimum order requirements and delivery-related commercial terms will be displayed at the relevant stage of purchase.
13. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including recipient name, address details, city/town/village, district, state, PIN code and contact number where requested. If delivery fails because an address is incomplete, inaccurate, inaccessible or outside serviceable coverage, reasonable re-delivery or return-to-origin procedures may apply.
14. Third-Party Logistics
We may use independent logistics and courier providers. Where tracking is available, tracking information may be shared through available order or delivery communication channels.
15. Reviews and Customer Content
Reviews and other customer content must be genuine, lawful and relevant and must not contain another person’s private information, abusive or defamatory content, malicious code or unsupported medical/health claims. We may moderate, refuse, restrict or remove content that violates these requirements or applicable law.

The Shri Sattva name, logo, branding, website design, text, photographs, graphics, product images, videos, packaging artwork and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Shri Satvik Golden Grains & Oil or relevant licensors.
