1. Delivery Coverage
Shri Sattva intends to deliver products across India, subject to delivery-address serviceability, availability of an appropriate logistics service, product availability and applicable operational restrictions.
2. Order Processing
Orders are ordinarily intended to be processed and dispatched within 48 hours after successful payment confirmation, subject to payment verification, product availability, order verification, packaging requirements and operational conditions.
3. Dispatch Is Not Delivery
Dispatch means that an order has been handed over to or released for transportation by the applicable logistics provider. Delivery occurs after dispatch and may take additional time depending on destination and logistics conditions.
4. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines may vary according to destination, courier serviceability, transportation conditions, weather, public holidays, peak-season volumes, remote-area restrictions and other operational circumstances. Where available, an indicative delivery window may be displayed at checkout or communicated with the order confirmation. Such estimates are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, free-delivery eligibility, minimum order requirements and other delivery-related commercial terms may vary from time to time. The applicable shipping charge or free-shipping benefit will be displayed before payment is completed. Shipping terms may vary based on destination, order value, package size/weight, promotional campaigns and prevailing logistics costs.
6. Delivery Partners and Tracking
We may use third-party logistics and courier providers. Where tracking is available, tracking details may be communicated through email, SMS, WhatsApp, the customer account or another available channel.
7. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If delivery fails because the address is incomplete, inaccurate, inaccessible or outside serviceable coverage, we may contact the customer for clarification and follow reasonable re-delivery or return-to-origin procedures.
8. Delivery Delays
Delays may occur because of severe weather, public holidays, high logistics volumes, transportation disruption, remote-area serviceability, strikes, governmental restrictions, technical issues or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Where a material delay becomes known to us, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate relevant information.
9. Damaged, Leaking, Expired or Incorrect Products
Please contact info@shrisatvikoils.com preferably within 48 hours of delivery if an order arrives visibly damaged, leaking, expired, materially incorrect or otherwise appears unfit for consumption.
Please provide the order details and clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label where available.
The 48-hour reporting period assists prompt investigation and does not waive any statutory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Food Safety and Shelf Life
We aim to dispatch products in appropriate condition and with suitable remaining shelf life. Customers should inspect products upon delivery and follow all storage, handling and consumption instructions on the packaging. If a customer believes a product is spoiled, contaminated or otherwise unfit for consumption, the customer should stop using it and contact us promptly.
11. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is currently not offered unless expressly made available at checkout for a particular order or location.
12. Promotional Delivery Benefits
Free-shipping and other delivery promotions may be offered from time to time and may have their own eligibility requirements, minimum order requirements, validity periods, geographical restrictions, product exclusions or other conditions. The terms displayed with the relevant promotion will govern that promotion.
